So there are several things that are great in this world and Thai food is wonderful. That and it can be prepared very healthy. There is a little place nearby that not only has great food, and the people there like us.
Aside from that, there is the beginning of working out again. The starting to gain more wind, the enjoyment of just being working out to your own pace. It is a wonderful feeling, though. Pace is very important, I know the pace that I was able to do, and I have to remember that I cannot start at that pace again.
I start Yoga soon, I am looking forward to that, and I have people that wish to do it with me, I may not lose a lot of weight up front, though I have won by those who wish to spend the time with me.
